Prior to the engagement, Brut had 22+ siloed websites to serve their large and diverse audience of potential and existing memebers, families, schools, corporations, government entities and healthcare facilities. All the websites were time-consuming for staff to handle and had inconsistent branding and messaging. It also lacked mobile and search optimization. Brut turned to Alphacube to help consolidate its sites, replace its existing CMS and provide an architecture that was easy to implement and maintain.

The Solutions

Alphacube selected Sitecore CMS as the leading technology to deliver on Brut’s objectives, creating a new site that offers the following features:

  • A one stop repository of job listings by integrating it with Sitecore’s content tree and with seven internal applications.
  • Ability to post jobs and check compliance, client, patient and billing inquiries assigned to the appropriate teams
  • Curated pages and office location data pulled from an in house-developed application that synchronizes with Sitecore’s content tree along with Google Map API to display locations on a map
  • Pay My Bill feature for members to easily make invoice payments
  • Consistent branding and engagement with it’s logo, styles and colors
  • Consolidating web traffic reporting through Google Analytics
  • Integrating with Microsoft Azure CDN to pull media images as proxy to display client’s posts on the website
  • Built with Brut’s custom-built API that allows website integration with tools
  • Optimizating on mobile to ensure the same engaging experience across channels

The Results

Brut has received feedback from users that the site is easy to navigate, cohesive, interactive and represents the brand well. Brut team, including content editors and the the tech department, have found that the new solution makes the process and content more manageable and easier to maintain. Brut has also reported the following web results as a result of the solution:

  • On an average, members view four more pages on the new website
  • The time spent on each page on an average has increased by one and half minute year-over-year
  • Web traffic has increased each month from April through August 2018
